The Miriam Foundation and the Gold Learning & Research Centre are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative and Operations Assistant to support clinical services, programs, events, and foundation operations.
This shared role is central to the day-to-day functioning of both organizations and involves a wide range of administrative, coordination, and operational responsibilities. The position also includes front-desk coverage and client reception, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for families, partners, and visitors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administrative and operational support across clinical services and foundation activities
- Scheduling and coordination of intakes, interviews, meetings, and internal calendars
- Client onboarding, contract preparation, records management, and data entry
- Foundation administration, including donor and sponsor support, acknowledgements, and record management (e.g., Blackbaud)
- Administrative support for foundation events, sponsorships, and board-related activities
- Internal communications, document preparation, and basic content updates
- Front-desk reception, appointment coordination, and professional client-facing support
Profile we’re looking for:
- Experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and French
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Position Details:
