EmploymentWorks Program Facilitator -

EmploymentWorks Program Facilitator

Miriam Foundation is pleased to offer an exciting employment preparedness training program for adults with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other disabilities called EmploymentWorks.

EmploymentWorks is an established pre-employment program that aims to support and advance adults toward sustained employment. EmploymentWorks offers training for adults with autism and other disabilities (participants) who want to practice and develop the essential skills necessary to get and keep a job. At the same time, the program offers employers direct experience integrating individuals with disabilities into their workplaces.

Under the responsibility of the program coordinator, the program facilitator assists with preparation, planning and implementation of the program to enhance participants’ employability skills and to improve their labour market participation.  During the Covid-19 pandemic, all participant activities will be delivered virtually.
