Jean-Claude Gravel appointed as Chairman of the Board of the Miriam Foundation
The Board of Directors of Miriam Foundation is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Jean-Claude Gravel as Chairman of the Board, following the general assembly on June 12, 2024. This nomination is significant for the organization which is celebrating 50 years of history and impact and is launching a fundraising campaign to support services and programs for people of all ages living with neurodevelopmental disorders, such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and intellectual disabilities (ID).
“Jean-Claude brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to our mission. His leadership and vision will be invaluable as we continue to support individuals and their families. I look forward to the exciting advancements and positive impact that his guidance will bring to the Miriam Foundation”, explained Warren Greenstone, CEO of the Miriam Foundation.
Having previously served as Chairman from 2007-2010, Mr. Gravel has been truly committed to the cause ever since. A long-standing volunteer and donor to the Miriam Foundation, Mr. Gravel was instrumental in the Foundation’s fundraising efforts during the COVID pandemic, helping to raise approximatly $250,000 with a car raffle in 2020.
